This recognition means so much to us because it reflects what we stand for at our core: helping people and organisations unlock their potential through practical, inclusive, and transformational training.

Being shortlisted is more than an achievement — it’s a testament to our learners, partners, and every member of the Step8up team who shows up each day committed to making an impact. Their creativity, drive, and passion for continuous improvement are what make moments like this possible.

The awards ceremony took place at the stunning Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden, where the best in training and talent development gathered to celebrate innovation, collaboration, and excellence across the L&D community. It was inspiring to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with so many organisations shaping the future of learning in the UK.

While we’re proud of this milestone, we see it as just one step in our ongoing journey. We’ll continue to challenge convention, design learning that makes a measurable difference, and champion the belief that upskilling isn’t just about progression — it’s about people.
