Welcome to Step8Up Academy, part of Step8Up Ltd. By purchasing or enrolling in any of our courses, programmes, or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Step8Up Academy provides professional training, skills development courses, bootcamps, and educational programmes for individuals and organisations.

  • “You”, “User”, “Learner”, “Customer” refers to the individual or organisation purchasing or accessing our services

2. Course Purchases

All course purchases made through our website (including via WooCommerce) are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

Once payment is successfully completed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email
  • Access details will be provided separately where applicable

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise
  • Payments must be made in full prior to accessing paid courses
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time

For co-funded or employer-sponsored programmes:

  • Payment terms will be agreed separately
  • A reservation does not guarantee a place until confirmed by us

4. Refund Policy

Digital / Self-Paced Courses

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • Refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted

Instructor-led / Scheduled Courses

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to course start date

No refunds will be issued:

  • After course commencement
  • For non-attendance

Any exceptions are at our sole discretion.

5. Course Access and Usage

When you enrol in a course:

  • Access is granted to the registered individual only
  • Content must not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission
  • Login details must not be shared

We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is detected.

6. Certification

Step8Up Academy does not guarantee:

  • Exam success
  • Employment outcomes

7. Employer-Sponsored and Co-Funded Courses

For employer or government-funded programmes:

  • Eligibility criteria must be met
  • Documentation may be required
  • Places may be limited and subject to approval

Employers may be responsible for:

  • Co-funded contributions
  • Attendance and engagement of their employees

8. Cancellations and Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Reschedule or cancel courses if necessary
  • Modify course content to improve delivery

Where possible, we will:

  • Provide reasonable notice
  • Offer alternative dates or solutions

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources are the intellectual property of Step8Up Ltd unless otherwise stated.

You may:

  • Use materials for personal learning

10. Limitation of Liability
