As I write this while travelling, heading into the hashtagfestive season, I find myself reflecting on a simple CEO productivity truth that keeps coming up again and again:

That’s Agile in its truest form — not a framework on a slide, but a way of living and leading.
This year reminded me that hard work alone doesn’t create outcomes.

hashtagAlignment does.
And knowing when to move fast — and when to pause — does.
