The question I asked myself today: Why do I post on Sundays?
And the answer came easily – it’s not really about Sunday at all.
It’s about the moments when clarity finally arrives… sometimes on a Thursday morning, sometimes on a Friday night, and sometimes only after the family is settled, the work is done, and life gives me five or more quiet minutes.
Thanks to everyone who has been responding, following up with the series!
These weekly reflections keep me aligned – and they’re part of the books/articles I’ve been building up, part of how I process growth, balance, and the constant change around us.
This week (and the one before it) came with its share of illness, events, deadlines, and decision-making. But it also came with highlights: the Hampshire hashtagBusiness Awards, ongoing accreditations, long-term planning for the next 5–10 years, team growth, and the last big event coming up before we shift into hashtagChristmas mode and some well-earned family travel time.
We did an amazing LinkedIn Live with Shahzad Sarwar (do you want a recording sent?)
Weekly hashtagcoaching ongoing!
It’s been busy in a good way – the kind of busy that builds momentum.
The team is excited, projects are moving, certifications are progressing, and 2025 is taking shape.
So here I am, posting this while sipping something warm, enjoying a bit of tiramisu, and starting an early week of family birthday hashtagcelebrations – grateful that balance is possible, even when it constantly shifts.
hashtagClarity, balance, alignment — that’s the real reason behind these Sunday notes.
Because when those three come together, we glide… not grind.
Happy Sunday ✨
