This was one of those weeks. Full of movement, meaning, and moments that quietly shape direction.
We started by grounding ourselves — completing Mental Health Awareness Level 1 (Marka Training and Development) and Safer Recruitment certifications. Thank you Mark Fower A simple but powerful reminder:
before growth, there must be care.
From there, the pace picked up:
Conversations, including with Farnborough International Studios
Continued collaboration with the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB)
Great support from Kish on a valuation project
New opportunities forming with Simon Ward and team
Solid partnership work with the Alexander Mann Solutions team
And then came a standout moment —

Energy. Purpose. Community.
Over £15,000 they raised for charity — incredible impact through collaboration.
Another highlight for me personally was being invited as a judge/jury at the HEC Paris pitching event. Thank you Wendy Degrémont for all your hard work in this!
Such talented individuals, bold ideas, and inspiring ambition — rooms like that remind you how important it is to keep supporting the next generation of builders.
A big shoutout to Jack Adcock and Tom Sammon — stepping up across interviews, placements, and partnerships. Leadership in action.
I also had the chance to present to 70+ businesses at BNI, sharing insights and learning just as much in return. Because:
